Proper Consulting Case 090712-06 Findings and Recommendations

Consultation 090712-06 has been completed by Unit 揚基 per the terms enumerated by the client, and results have been delivered, received, and judged satisfactory by the client. All outstanding fees have been collected.

The consultation was considerably more difficult than had been indicated by the client due to numerous aggressive private and corporate interests. It is with that in mind that Unit 揚基 officially recommends Proper Consulting cease all ongoing and future involvement with any consultations relating to topics Top Cat, Starlight, and Bubba. The number and veracity of parties with a vested interest in the exploits of those runners far outweighs whatever compensation a reasonable third party could offer to Proper Consulting. It is likely that further involvement would invite reprisal from both corporate and private sectors.

Unit 揚基 will require acquisition of new team member(s). At least one additional consultant will be required following cessation of ongoing contractual employment of Consultant 1154111812 ( 夾板, Splint ). This consultant has resigned due to a situation arising from complications encountered during Case 090712-06. Please forward a list of qualified consultants for consideration of admission to Unit 揚基.

As discussed previously, Unit 揚基 will be on temporary leave for the next 10 business days. In that time, we will attempt to resolve all outstanding issues and prepare to resume normal consulting duties upon ending this temporary leave period. Unit 揚基 may be unable to communicate for some of all of the temporary leave period; please contact Unit 揚基 Astrally should something urgent arise and Proper Consulting is unable to reach the Unit via traditional communication methods.
